Kerpy Gum Ribs
My friend / ex-sister in law's famous ribs. They are the best. Serve with chips and a side green salad.
Ingredients:
Ribs
½ jar Apricot jam
4 tablespoons fruit chutney
Dash of Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons woersteshire sauce
Cup boiling water
Method:
Cut the ribs and cook them in the oven until they turn whiteish.
Make them out the oven and leave to stand while you prepare the sauce.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Add the hot water. Mix well.
Put the sauce in a little pot and cook until everything has melted.
Pour over ribs and put back into the oven for about 20 mins.
Serve with chips and a green salad,
