Special Butter


I often make up a batch of this butter and keep it in the fridge.  It's great to add a bit to a piece of steak or to a baked potato.

Ingredients:

1 x Block Butter, slightly softened.
1 x Chilli, diced
1 x Tablespoon Garlic, diced
2 x Tablespoons Mixed Herbs
1/2 x Teaspoon Lemon Zest

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together.
Keep in a container in the fridge and use within 4 - 6 weeks.
