Blueberry Gelato



This recipe isn’t for the health conscious but it takes under 10 minutes to prepare and only uses 3 ingredients – bonus!  I really enjoyed this dessert and will definitely be making it again.  If you don’t like blueberries try using different fruit – i.e.: Raspberries!

Ingredients:

I x Punet fresh blueberries
1 x Tub Double Cream
4 x Tablespoons Icing Sugar

Method:

Keeping a few of the blueberries aside for garnishing, put the rest of the blueberries and the cream into a bowl and blitz for a few seconds.
Add the sugar.
Using an electric whisk beat the mixture for 2 – 3 mins until slightly firm. 
Put into serving dishes and refrigerate.
Garnish with fresh blueberries just before serving and enjoy!
